1. About Putrio

These terms govern your use of Putrio, operated by Klejdi Kumanaku under the KMN APPK brand, Rruga Ismail Qemali, 1001, Tirana, Albania. By creating an account or using Putrio, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 to create and use your own account. If you are under 16, do not create an account; a parent or legal guardian may use Putrio as the account holder. Putrio 1.0 does not offer payments. If paid services are introduced, payment and contracting will be limited to people aged 18 or over, or handled by a parent or legal guardian under separate terms.

3. The 1.0 service

Putrio lets owners manage pet profiles, passport and care history, reminders, reminder completion or snoozing, and optional notifications. Putrio 1.0 does not include payments, bookings, a marketplace, partner services, or AI functionality.

4. Your account and information

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for information you enter and must have the right to upload any content or files. You grant Putrio only the limited permission needed to store, display, and process that content to provide the service.

5. Pet-care information

Putrio is an organization and reminder tool. It is not veterinary diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or a substitute for advice from a licensed veterinarian. You remain responsible for care decisions and for seeking professional or emergency help.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Putrio, access another person's data, interfere with security, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use the service in violation of law. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

7. Availability

We work to keep Putrio reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, providers, device settings, or network conditions may affect reminders and notifications. Do not rely on Putrio as the only record or the sole means of receiving urgent information.

8. Ending your account

You may stop using Putrio at any time and can start permanent deletion from Profile and Settings. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breach, security risk, or legal necessity. The Privacy Policy explains deletion and retention.

9. Ownership and responsibility

Putrio's software, design, name, and brand assets are protected by law. You retain rights in your content. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Albanian law. To the extent permitted by law, Putrio is not responsible for indirect loss caused by use of the service or reliance on reminders as a substitute for professional care.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Tirana, without limiting any mandatory consumer, privacy, or other rights that apply to you.
